What is The Process Like?
You will start with meeting with Maddie and learning about Macros, nutrition tracking, and how we will measure those goals. We will then start with establishing a baseline of where you are today so we can see the progress along the way.
1. How do I get started?
Go to our “Contact” page and fill out the form.
2. What is the cost?
Maddie will discuss your goals and engage you on a custom program with a custom price.
3. Where do we meet?
Maddie is willing to meet you at the location of your choice. This could be at Mad Apple Crossfit, where she is a coach or any other public location.
4. How long before I see results?
Everyone is different, but typically you will see changes in just a few weeks if you stick to the plan.
5. Do I have to do Crossfit?
Absolutely not, Maddie works with clients of all types and there is no requirement to do any one type of exercise.
